Anders Jacobsen is convinced of the guilt of his compatriots, yet he also notes that ski jumping has too many complicated rules currently. "If we consider how a suit, bindings, boots, and skis should look, it becomes an encyclopedia," he stated in an interview with nrk.no. He also alluded to the "secrets" of other teams.

Jacobsen criticized the current state of ski jumping, stating, "If you adhere to all the rules in today’s ski jumping, I’m afraid you won’t make it to the final round." This comment pertains to the latest scandal involving his fellow countrymen.

Furthermore, Jacobsen doesn’t claim that Norwegians are innocent but highlights that the regulations are too complicated. "The rules are what they are, and we need to cope with them. They were caught red-handed, which is incredibly sad," he confessed in an interview with nrk.no.

At the same time, Jacobsen expressed curiosity about what is happening in the rooms of other teams, implying that all teams have their own secrets that aren't known. "We've only seen a part of the story from one team's room. All teams have their secrets that we don’t know about," he pointed out in his discussion with nrk.no.
