Star of Ski Jumping Retires: Reveals Future Plans

Markus Eisenbichler, one of Germany's top ski jumpers, has announced his retirement after this season due to health issues and the need to regroup. "It's the right time for me to move on to new challenges and experiences that I've put off until now," he shared during an interview with TVP Sport. He expressed gratitude for his career, which included numerous medals and records, including a personal best jump of 248 meters in Planica in 2017. Eisenbichler indicated a desire to return to the sport eventually, but needs a break to recover.
