Jacqueline Seifriedsberger, the Austrian ski jumper, achieved her third World Cup podium of the season in Willingen. After her recent victory in Japan, the Oberösterreicherin could only manage a third-place finish on Saturday, coming in behind the Norwegian jumpers Eirin Maria Kvandal and Anna Odine Stroem.

During the competition, Seifriedsberger recorded an excellent jump in the second round, reaching a distance of 147 meters – the best of the day. However, a slightly imprecise landing meant that she could not close the gap with the leading Norwegian duo.

"It was a cool flight and a great way to finish the jump, but the landing went a bit off, which was a little scary," she commented. "I’m confident that I can build on this form and continue my success in Lake Placid, where I plan to maintain my momentum."
