Stefan Kraft, the renowned ski jumper from Salzburg, showcased his talent at the Summer Grand Prix in Courchevel by winning both competitions during the event's opening. After a stunning victory on Tuesday, Kraft solidified his dominance with another win on Wednesday, topping the podium with an impressive lead of 21.7 points over Norway's Fredrik Villumstad.

The Austrian Ski Federation (ÖSV) team demonstrated remarkable strength, with Jan Hörl securing a commendable fifth place, while Manuel Fettner finished fourth in the initial event.

Kraft expressed his delight following his victories, stating, "It is a wonderful snapshot. I am very, very happy that since the start of training, everything has gone well, and many things are in place." He referred to the summer competitions as a "cool motivational spur in between" his training sessions. The upcoming events are set to take place in Wisla, Poland, in a month's time.

In the women's competitions held in Courchevel, Austrian athlete Jacqueline Seifriedsberger excelled with a third and second place finish. Meanwhile, Slovenia’s Ema Klinec and Japan’s Sara Takanashi dominated the women’s events, each securing victory with significant leads.
