Prevc wins - Eva Pinkelnig celebrates podium in Zao

Eva Pinkelnig has made a remarkable comeback by securing a podium finish at the Ski Jumping World Cup in Zao. The Villach winner jumped 94 and 97.5 meters, placing third in the event. Prevc and Bjørseth beat her to the top spots, with only a few points separating the competitors.

Pinkelnig expressed relief and happiness with her performance: "We have worked through many things over the last couple of years and it feels lighter now that I can be back on the podium," she said. Her teammate, Jacqueline Seifriedsberger, also delivered a commendable performance finishing fifth after being satisfied with her final jump.

As the competition continues, the ski jumping community looks forward to the Super Team event and another individual event this weekend. Pinkelnig and Seifriedsberger are ready to represent their nation once again and add to their achievements in Japan.
