A Polish Skier Jumps to Fourth Place in the Four Hills Tournament

In the qualifying round for the final event of the Four Hills Tournament, held in Bischofshofen, Polish skier Paweł Wąsek showcased an impressive performance. He achieved a jump of 136 meters, which placed him fourth overall, closely competing with established stars such as Stefan Kraft, who won the qualifiers with an incredible distance of 142 meters.

This event marks significant progress for Wąsek, who until recently was still gaining his footing in the ski jumping scene. His performance suggests he's in great form ahead of the final competition scheduled for December 6. Other Polish competitors included Aleksander Zniszczoł, who managed to qualify in 19th place with a distance of 132.5 meters, while Dawid Kubacki and Piotr Żyła also made the cut, securing 31st and 32nd places respectively. Unfortunately, Jakub Wolny failed to qualify, finishing in 52nd place and missing out on the competition.
