Polish jumper shares tragic news. His mother has passed away.

Jolanta Habdas has passed away at the age of 61. The mother of ski jumper and junior world champion Jan Habdas died on Wednesday. The jumper shared the news via social media just before the start of the competition in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
"It is with great sadness that we inform you that on January 1, 2025, at the age of 61, our beloved wife and mother passed away, as communicated by her grieving family," read the announcement regarding Jolanta Habdas's passing. Jan Habdas shared the news of his mother's death on social media. Media representatives from PZN also conveyed the sad news.
A memorial mass is scheduled for Saturday at 3 PM.
