Four Polish jumpers competed in the qualification round at Ruka on Sunday: Paweł Wąsek, Aleksander Zniszczoł, Dawid Kubacki, and Kamil Stoch. All succeeded in qualifying despite some disappointing final placements. Jakub Wolny, who originally jumped 105.5 meters, was disqualified due to a suit infringement. Pius Paschke won the qualifications by soaring 144.5 meters, making for an intense day of competition that saw a mix of expectations and disappointments for the Polish team. Wind conditions were favorable, allowing better performances compared to previous days. Despite advances, the results raised questions about the team’s preparation and performance consistency ahead of the upcoming competition.
