Paweł Wąsek Sends Clear Signal: Fighting for His First World Cup Podium

Paweł Wąsek will compete for the podium in the Sunday World Cup ski jumping competition in Zakopane. Alongside him, teammates Aleksander Zniszczoł, Jakub Wolny, Dawid Kubacki, and Kamil Stoch will also participate. The event is scheduled to start at 16:00. In Saturday's team competition, the Polish team finished in fifth place.
Wąsek, the 25-year-old leader of the Polish team, has been performing excellently this season. He secured eighth place in the Four Hills Tournament and currently ranks 13th overall in the World Cup standings. On January 4th, he achieved a fifth-place finish at the event in Innsbruck. In Zakopane, he has a chance to claim his first podium finish of his career.
