In the third training session on the large hill in Trondheim, Aleksander Zniszczoł confirmed his good form by jumping a distance of 134.5 m. Earlier, he had landed at 134 m, placing fourth. After a disappointing second training session, Paweł Wąsek significantly improved in his last attempt, demonstrating the capabilities of the Polish team.

Results of the Polish athletes in the first training:

  • 27. Paweł Wąsek — 123.5 m | 60.6 pts

In the second training session, all Polish representatives improved their distances. Notably, Zniszczoł (134 m) secured the fourth position while Wąsek, with 119.5 m, was the lowest-placed among the team.

During the third training, Zniszczoł again led the Polish team with a jump of 134.5 m. Wąsek and Wolny also significantly improved their performances by jumping 131.5 m and 130 m respectively. Kubacki achieved 132 m but Żyła was limited to 125.5 m, although it marked his best attempt of the day.
