Victory of Kraft and Austrian Sweep in Innsbruck at the Ski Jumping, Third Stage of the Four Hills Tournament

Stefan Kraft demonstrated his dominance in the third stage of the Four Hills Tournament, claiming victory on the ski jump at Innsbruck, Austria. The podium was entirely Austrian, featuring Jan Hoerl and Daniel Tschofenig in second and third places respectively.

With a total of 273.3 points from two jumps, Kraft secured his 45th career World Cup victory, reclaiming the lead in the Four Hills standings. Hoerl, who executed the longest jump of the day at 134 meters, finished just 1.4 points behind with 271.9 points. Tschofenig, the previous winner from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, brought home 263.3 points to complete the dominance of the Austrian team.

At the end of the first jump, the three top Austrian competitors occupied the leading three spots, with Hoerl ahead of Kraft and Tschofenig. During the second jump, Kraft edged past Hoerl, solidifying a remarkable Austrian performance.

Unfortunately for France, only Valentin Foubert was in the field but he did not qualify for the second jump, scoring 118 meters in his first attempt, finishing 39th overall.

After three stages, Kraft is leading the tournament with 887.1 points, closely followed by Hoerl and Tschofenig. The tournament promises excitement as it heads towards its final stage in Bischofshofen, Austria, on Sunday and Monday.
