In Willingen, the Austrian ski jumping quartet – Lisa Eder, Jan Hörl, Jacqueline Seifriedsberger, and Daniel Tschofenig – claimed the second spot in the mixed competition in front of nearly 7,700 spectators.

Norway celebrated their fourth victory in a mixed event, finishing 39.4 points ahead of the Austrians, while Germany trailed by 82 points. Jan Hörl summarized the performance by saying, "With this jump we are very satisfied; everyone still has a little reserve." His teammate, Daniel Tschofenig, added, "It’s cool to mix it up with the ladies. We still have some potential, though I need to improve my own position."

Jacqueline Seifriedsberger commented, "A jumping suit position is always a great start. I, personally, left a bit on the table and didn’t quite achieve the flight I was aiming for today," while Lisa Eder also noted, "It’s great to get second place, but the jumps still have room for improvement."

The event also drew attention with the disqualification of Slovenian Timi Zajc in the first round due to an illegal jumping suit, which dashed his team’s hopes of reaching the podium.
