The ski jumping World Cup season has officially begun, and all Polish athletes fell short of expectations in the first training session. Among 63 competitors, Kristoffer Eriksen Sundal achieved the longest jump at 139.5 meters, but no Polish athletes made it to the K point.
Paweł Wąsek was the highest-placed Pole at 21st, while Kamil Stoch's performance was particularly concerning, landing in 39th place after jumping only 118 meters. Moving down the list, Maciej Kot only reached 115.5 meters. With the mixed team competition scheduled for Friday at 16:15, the Polish team is hoping for improved performances in the next rounds.
