Pius Paschke won the Saturday competition in Titisee-Neustadt and increased his advantage in the overall World Cup classification. The German has already scored 576 points and has a comfortable lead over the chasing group. The best of the Poles is Paweł Wąsek, but he has been closely followed by Aleksander Zniszczoł. Here are the details.

Before the competition began, the difference between Paschke and second-placed Daniel Tschofenig was 96 points. Two other Austrians also occupied the next positions—Jan Hoerl trailed the German jumper by 110 points, and Stefan Kraft by 140 points.

This ranking did not change after Saturday's competition. Paschke remains the leader, and behind him are Tschofenig, Hoerl, and Kraft. However, the German significantly increased his lead over that group. Currently, he is ahead of the best Austrian by 136 points. Hoerl is trailing by 170, and Kraft, who defends the Crystal Globe, by as much as 216.

Among Poles, Wąsek is still the best. The 25-year-old has 106 points and occupies 15th place, tied with Michael Hayboeck. Just behind him is Zniszczoł, with exactly 100 points. Close behind them are Halvor Egner Granerud and Ryoyu Kobayashi.

However, Dawid Kubacki did not improve his score as he had a poor jump and did not qualify for the second series. He still sits at 49 points and is in 24th place. Kamil Stoch is 27th (38 points), Jakub Wolny is 30th (27 points), and Piotr Żyła is 46th (5 points).

The next round of the World Cup in Titisee-Neustadt is scheduled for Sunday, December 15. Qualifying starts at 2:30 PM, and the first series competition begins at 4:00 PM. You can follow the live report on Przegląd Sportowy Onet.
