Dawid Kubacki has openly acknowledged that there is room for improvement in his performance following the Summer Grand Prix ski jumping competitions in Wisła. Finishing in 14th place on Adam Małysz's hill, he found himself as the lowest-ranked among the four Polish competitors.
"My individual jumps are good, but overall, it's a bit inconsistent," Kubacki remarked, as reported by the Polish Ski Association. "These competitions revealed that I have reserves and that there's work to be done."
Among the Polish athletes, Paweł Wąsek stood out with an impressive seventh place finish. "I managed to jump well today. The weather was pleasant, making it a positive day overall," Wąsek reflected on his performance.
Norwegian skier Marius Lindvik dominated the event, securing first place among all competitors in Wisła. He expressed his satisfaction with both his personal results and his team's performances. "It was a good day. I’m pleased with my results and those of the entire team. Will I compete for victory in the overall classification? We’ll see. I hope to make it happen," Lindvik shared with optimism.
