Crazy jump of German ski jumper. Expletives flew [VIDEO]

Andreas Wellinger posted a video of his spectacular training jump on social media. The recording includes very nervous reactions from the coaches in the background, to which Wellinger humorously commented, "They seem a bit stressed out."

The winter season is approaching, and ski jumpers are completing their final training sessions before the World Cup events scheduled for this weekend in Lillehammer. Wellinger's video features his jump on the Klingenthal hill, measuring 140 meters, where he surprisingly flew 150 meters without any landing problems, even managing to stick the landing without a fall.

The coaches were visibly worried, and it's not hard to see why, as such long jumps often lead to severe injuries. Wellinger playfully mentioned the expletives audible in the video, referencing the coaches' strong reactions.

According to official data, the longest jump at the German facility was achieved by Marius Lindvik, who set a record of 149.5 meters during the Continental Cup in 2018.

Wellinger is expected to be one of the favorites at the start of the season, aiming to improve on his third-place finish in last year's World Cup overall standings. He is also targeting success at the prestigious Four Hills Tournament, as Germany has been waiting for a victory in this event since Sven Hannawald's legendary achievement.
