Aleksander Zniszczoł captivated the audience during the first training session held at the Paul Ausserleitner ski jump (HS142) in Bischofshofen, achieving an impressive distance of 144 meters. However, just before the qualifications, his performance took a downturn as he managed only 116 meters. The other Polish competitors faced mixed fortunes as well, disappointing fans with their results.

During the week, after a remarkable fifth-place finish by Paweł Wąsek in Innsbruck, the top ski jumpers moved to Bischofshofen. The final competition of the 73rd Four Hills Tournament is scheduled to take place soon.

In the initial training session, Zniszczoł secured third place, just behind Stefan Kraft and Gregor Deschwanden who both benefited from additional points for wind conditions and jumping from a lowered take-off. Zniszczoł's outstanding performance was a promising sign for Polish ski fans.

The qualification challenges introduced a bit of tension. In the latter training session, Zniszczoł let down his earlier achievement, landing at 116 meters, whereas Wąsek managed to cover 133 meters and captured the 12th position overall. The enduring top performers like Jan Hoerl and the Austrian ski jumpers continued to show exceptional skill which enthused the local audience.

The qualification round is set to begin at 16:30, with the main competition to follow shortly after, promising thrilling moments for fans and athletes alike.
