Lisa Hirner Claims Victory in Women's Large Hill PCR in Oberstdorf

The women's large hill event made its debut today at the Schattenbergschanze HS 137 in Oberstdorf, Germany, during the Provisional Competition Round (PCR). A total of 23 athletes from 9 countries were on the start list for this exciting event, which included two training jumps followed by the PCR.

Austrian skier Lisa Hirner emerged victorious, soaring to a jump of 118.5 meters and earning 99.4 points. Following closely behind her in second place was Finnish athlete Minja Korhonen, who jumped 117.5 meters and scored 97.8 points. Notably, this marks Korhonen's inaugural entry into the Grand Prix competition set for tomorrow. French jumper Lena Brocard achieved the longest jump of the day at 124.5 meters (94.5 points) and secured a commendable third place.
