Laurent Muhlethaler achieved his first podium finish in the Nordic Combined World Cup. On Sunday, during the event in Schonach, Germany, he successfully executed a jump of 101.5 meters, placing him in a strong position before the 10-kilometer cross-country pursuit. Finishing 5th prior to the skiing segment, he started just 47 seconds behind the leader but managed to rise to third place after a closely contested sprint against German competitor Julian Schmid.
