Tour de Ski
In yet another disappointing outing for the Swedish team at the Tour de Ski, the women skiers missed the podium yet again.
In the second stage, a 15 km mass start held in Toblach, Jessie Diggins clinched victory, marking her second consecutive win in the series. The reigning champion finished ahead of Finnish skier Kerttu Niskanen. Despite being competitive, Ebba Andersson, who was the best-performing Swedish athlete, crossed the finish line last among the leading group of runners.
The struggles of the Swedish team have raised concerns as they aim to improve their results in the upcoming stages of the competition.
