Sweden Sends Its Star Skiers to the Ruka World Cup

Sweden is sending its top skiers to participate in the World Cup events in Ruka. William Poromaa has overcome recent illness, and Calle Halfvarsson has addressed his back issues, both of whom have been named for the opening weekend of the World Cup. Team head coach Anders Byström expressed confidence that they will be ready to compete this weekend. In the women's category, the Swedish team will be led by prominent skiers Ebba Andersson and Frida Karlsson.

The competition schedule for Ruka includes a 10-kilometer classical skiing race on Friday, sprint events on Saturday, and a 20-kilometer freestyle mass start on Sunday.
