
Sundling in a Class of Her Own – Crushed the Opposition in the Sprint Qualifier

At the Ski World Championships in Trondheim, Norway, the Swedish team made a strong impression in the sprint qualifiers. In the women’s race, all Swedish skiers advanced to the quarterfinals and Jonna Sundling emerged as the clear leader, finishing her qualifier 6.49 seconds ahead of her rivals.
On the men’s side, the qualifiers were equally competitive. All Swedish competitors progressed except for Marcus Grate. Edvin Anger was the best performing in the prologue, and both Emil Danielsson and Oskar Svenson also secured their spots in the quarterfinals.
