Stina Nilsson's debut in the long distance Ski Classics has concluded with a respectable tenth place. The former cross-country skiing star faced a tough competition during the season opener, which involved an individual start over a distance of 7 kilometers.
Hedda Bångman emerged as the best Swedish competitor, securing fourth place, while Hanna Lodin and Jenny Larsson finished fifth and seventh, respectively.
Victory went to Anikken Gjerde Alnäs from Norway, who had a particularly emotional win, coming back from a severe accident that involved getting hit by a car during the summer.
