Photographer's Drama with Gunde Svan Discussed in 'Against All Odds'
In a surprising turn of events, Gunde Svan was missing from the SVT broadcast of "Mot alla odds". Photographer Adam Karlsson stepped in to capture the moment, leading to a compelling narrative.

This year marked Adam's twelfth year as a photographer in the Vasaloppet, and he noted the remarkable reception they received this time, especially from the vast crowds cheering them on in Mora during the final kilometers.
"The reception we had in Mora this year was extraordinary, with so many people cheering for us in the last kilometers. It’s hard to believe how packed it was, and to watch participants excel and share their joy for skiing is incredibly enjoyable," said Adam.
The team included Filip Dikmen, Samir Badran, Linda Pira, Junior Lerin, and Kaeli Abdi, all coached by Gunde Svan. Adam emphasized that their journey was remarkable and special, resonating well with the audience.
