Norwegian Surprise as Sweden Wins: 'Feels Like a Victory for Us'

Today, Norway's women's team lacked their star athlete Kristine Stavås Skistad at the sprint relay in Davos, but they still managed an impressive second place behind Sweden with a team composed largely of younger athletes. 'It feels like a victory for us,' said Kristine Fosnäs about their unexpected performance.
Jonna Sundling’s powerful surge secured the victory for Sweden in the crucial leg of the relay, giving the team a much-deserved win. Meanwhile, Norwegian competitors Astrid Öyre Slind and Kristine Fosnäs held strong, finishing closely behind, as Switzerland rounded out the podium in third place.
As the Norwegian team celebrated their achievement, they shared their admiration for Sundling, noting that she serves as an inspiration for their future training efforts.
