The pursuit start on New Year's Day marks an exciting continuation of Tour de Ski events in Toblach, Italy, where the racers will tackle a challenging 15 km in classic style. On the men’s side, Edvin Anger stands out as the leading Swedish competitor, currently holding the fifth position overall. There are high expectations as expert commentator Torgny Mogren believes Anger has a solid shot at finishing among the top ten.
"The opportunities are there for him to excel," said Mogren, emphasizing Anger's potential going into the race. Meanwhile, women’s competitor Ebba Andersson is also aiming for redemption following a disappointing prior event.
