Multiple Swedish Stars Return to World Cup – Klæbo Sits Out

Several Swedish stars are making their return to the World Cup in French Les Rousses this weekend; however, it has been confirmed that Johannes Høsflot Klæbo will not participate. He is still recovering from the Tour de Ski and has not returned to full training.
Frida Karlsson is making a comeback for the first time in over a month following a foot injury that kept her out of the Tour de Ski. Jonna Sundling and Emma Ribom are also back in the squad after choosing to focus on training rather than participating in the recent Tour de Ski.
Calle Halfvarsson is also returning after dealing with back issues. Landslagssjef Anders Byström noted that although Halfvarsson wanted to compete in Falun last weekend, he opted for an additional week of rehabilitation.
In a concurrent event, the Norwegian Championships are being held at Gåsbu, with many national team members prioritizing this event over competing in Les Rousses.
