Jonna Sundling misses Holmenkollen weekend due to illness
Triple VM gold medalist Jonna Sundling has fallen ill and will miss this weekend’s World Cup competitions in cross-country skiing in Holmenkollen, as announced by the Swedish Ski Federation.
The federation stated that Sundling woke up on Friday morning with cold symptoms and is traveling back home from Oslo. Sundling had a remarkable performance at the World Ski Championships in Trondheim, securing three gold medals and one bronze.
