Johannes Hösflot Kläbo has written history by winning the Tour de Ski, thereby tying with Swiss skier Dario Cologna's record of four total wins. After claiming the top spot in the overall standings, Kläbo expressed satisfaction with his success, noting that sharing the record with such a notable athlete as Cologna is an honor.
Heading into the final ascent up Alpe Cermis, Kläbo was ahead by 2 minutes and 18 seconds from second place Erik Valnes. Despite the challenging climb where he finished in 18th place, it was more than enough to secure his overall victory.
