Johannes Hösflot Kläbo was back from a cold and won the men's sprint competition in Lillehammer.

Kläbo caught a cold during the season opener in Ruka and the 28-year-old star missed Friday's mill race. However, he won the final in a close finish against Even Northug, marking his second consecutive sprint victory of the season.

None of the Swedish male skiers reached the semifinals.
