Ebba Andersson Places Favoritism on Astrid Öyre Slind

In the upcoming long-distance races of the Ski Classics, Ebba Andersson has decided to place the mantle of favoritism on her rival, Astrid Öyre Slind.

"I believe that Astrid Öyre Slind will be really difficult to beat," Andersson remarked, emphasizing her respect for Slind’s capabilities.

As both athletes prepare for the season finale with double races this weekend, Andersson expresses that rivals will not be limited to just Slind and herself. She notes, "There are definitely more competitors who might throw their hats in the ring than just Stina (Nilsson) and me. The competition will surely be tough from many angles."

Andersson, who is set to participate in the 46km long Reistadløpet and the 60km Summit 2 Senja, highlights Slind’s recent achievements, including podium finishes in the World Cup, underlining the Norwegian athlete as a strong contender.
