Double Medal Wins for ÖSV Girls at Junior World Championships

Medaillenregen - Gold und Bronze! ÖSV-Girls jubeln gleich doppelt at the Junior World Championships in Tarvis. After already claiming silver and bronze in Saturday's Super-Gs, the team earned gold and bronze in the Team Combination event.

Viktoria Bürgler of Salzburg and Natalie Falch of Tyrol took home the gold after a remarkable performance, with Bürgler overcoming earlier setbacks to deliver a finishing time that clinched gold. In a nail-biting finish, the duo narrowly edged out the second-placed Swedish team by just 0.03 seconds. Emilia Herzgsell and Elena Riederer contributed to the success by securing bronze from a challenging starting position.

While the women's team celebrated their triumph, the men’s pairing of Matthias Fernsebner and Florian Neumayer only managed to place tenth, falling short of the medals in the same event.
