In Cogne, Italy, during a World Cup event, Norwegian cross-country skiers celebrated a dominant triple victory in the 10 km skating start race. Harald Östberg Amundsen claimed the top spot, leading the Norwegians to a remarkable success on an international stage. Mika Vermeulen, who was scheduled to start, had to withdraw because of health issues. Meanwhile, Benjamin Moser ended up in 18th place, and Teresa Stadlober did not compete as she chose to attend a training camp in the Engadin.
