Concern Ahead of the World Championship Relay: "Must Step Up"
On Thursday, the men's relay will be decided in the ski world championships. The recent skiathlon race didn't inspire confidence regarding the Swedish medal chances. "It feels mediocre," says live commentator Jonas Karlsson, pointing to the weak form displayed by Edvin Anger and Calle Halfvarsson.
Expert Torgny Mogren adds, "William Poromaa is the big hope, but the others need to step up their game."
This situation casts a shadow over Sweden's aspirations as they approach a critical event in the championship schedule.
