Marit Björgen, the celebrated former Norwegian cross-country skier, is stepping into a new role as an assistant coach for the Norwegian national team. Her enthusiasm for this opportunity is palpable; she described the offer as "incredibly enticing," and it sparked her immediate interest.

Björgen's illustrious career boasts an impressive tally of 15 Olympic medals, including eight golds, as well as 26 medals from World Championships.
