Ski Stadium Buzzes – Junior World Championships in Biathlon Enter Second Day

At the ski stadium in Östersund, almost 500 participants are competing in the Junior World Championships in biathlon. Today marks the second day of the event. On Thursday, the older junior athletes took to the course. In total, athletes from more than 40 countries are taking part, making this championship significantly larger than a typical World Cup event. To ensure everything runs smoothly, around 150 officials are on hand.
