Bonacci among athletes named to '24-'25 International Biathlon Union Cup Team - TownLift, Park City News

MIDWAY, Utah — U.S. Biathlon announced the 16 athletes, including Utah’s Vincent Bonacci, who will represent the United States on the World Cup and IBU Cup circuits for trimester one.

Bonacci began his biathlon career at Soldier Hollow, the same Utah Olympic venue which is now the home for the sport’s national governing body (NGB), U.S. Biathlon.

With four start positions for women and men on both the World Cup and IBU Cup, eight athletes will travel to World Cup 1 in Kontiolahti, FIN to begin the season on Nov. 30, and eight athletes will head to Idre Fjäll, SWE for IBU Cup 1, kicking things off on Nov. 28.
